- You can order and pay for your purchase:
- online at the Web Store,
- through curbside pickup
- or through a personalized service.
- 5 Modes of payment:
- Cash (for curbside pickup)
- Cash on delivery (for online purchases at the Web Store),
- E-wallet (for Web Store, curbside pickup, or personalized service),
- Credit card (for Web Store purchases),
- Debit card (for Web Store purchases).
- We issue an official sales invoice required and registered at the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the Philippines
- An official sales invoice will be given for all types of payments:
- for Web Store purchases with delivery,
- through curbside pickups
- or personalized service with Lalamove delivery.
Are personal data required to make an order and purchase?
- Yes, for delivery and payments purposes.
- For the Enstack app (the Web Store), the following are necessary:
- First and Last Name
- Mobile number
- The address you specify for the delivery of your order
- For curbside pickups, only one of these data is necessary:
- Your email address when you message us to arrange a schedule for curbside pickup,
- or
- Your mobile phone number, Viber, or WhatsApp number if you message us for a scheduled pickup
- For personalized service with Lalamove delivery, only one data is necessary:
- Your mobile phone number, Viber or WhatsApp number, or Facebook Messenger account if you message us to order a purchase

How to return a purchase that is found defective
- To return a purchase at Rosauro Consumer Goods Trading, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Take care in opening a package, and in handling the purchased item(s). Do not personalize by writing your name or attaching any material to the item you purchased. This makes returning the item easier if it is defective.
- Step 2: Check if the item is eligible for return. We offer a 7-day return policy for all items purchased. (Purchase date and time is included in the 7-days return policy.)
- Step 3: Make sure that the item's condition is in the same condition as when it was received and that the packaging was unboxed carefully.
- Step 4: Keep the original sales invoice or proof of purchase intact.
- Step 5: Contact Rosauro Consumer Goods Trading to initiate a return. You can do this by:
- calling 09279028351 directly,
- or messaging via Viber or WhatsApp.
- Step 6: Return the item to Rosauro Consumer Goods Trading. Note that the customer is responsible for the shipping/delivery costs.
- Step 7: Wait for the refund to be processed. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. 7 business days includes the date and time it was received. Sunday is not a business day. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Note exceptions to the Return Policy
- Items that have been used for more than 7 days are not eligible for return
- Items that have been damaged beyond use are not eligible for return.
- Items that have been customized or personalized with a name, label, or any attached material are not eligible for return.
- Shipping/Delivery Costs
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping/delivering the item back to us.
